This form is for Current Families who children are enrolled in classes at Dance etc in 2023 and who want to re-enrol for 2024. Yes, this form is also suitable for the "not currently enrolled" siblings of currently enrolled Dance etc students.

 

Please do not use this form if you are BRAND NEW to Dance etc in 2024 or if you have recently taken a break from our studio as you will be required to complete a NEW Students Enrolment Form which has a few more details required.
